HealthyR is intended for:

• Licensed medical professionals (e.g., doctors) practicing in compliance with applicable Saudi healthcare regulations
• Authorized medical representatives of pharmaceutical or medical companies
• Users who are 18 years of age or older

HealthyR is a web platform that connects licensed doctors with medical representatives to schedule, manage, and track professional visits and meetings in clinics and hospitals, mainly in Jeddah and the wider Saudi market.

• HealthyR is offered as a subscription-based SaaS platform
• Subscription plans typically range from approximately USD 50 to USD 150 per month, depending on the selected plan and features
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Specific pricing details and any trial periods (if offered) are displayed in the app and may be updated over time

By using HealthyR, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the platform only for lawful, professional purposes
• Not share your account access with unauthorized users
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• Users (and their organizations) retain ownership of the content and data they submit to HealthyR, including profile information, appointments, and related records.
• Blue Era retains all intellectual property rights in the HealthyR platform itself, including the software, design, databases, and underlying technology.
• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms of Service.

Your use of HealthyR is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Either party may terminate your account at any time:

• You may delete your account through the settings page or by contacting support
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked

• These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of HealthyR shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of HealthyR after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
